Natural pedalling feel without changing the way you ride

The Mahle system with the X20 motor and its 350Wh integrated battery weighs only 3.6kg, and with 55Nm of torque it assists your pedalling naturally, without friction and with a super smooth start and stop to the assistance. We’ve collaborated with Mahle to create new Gravel specific firmware for the DUSTY which defines the characteristics of the assistance provided by the motor specifically for Gravel use. As a starting point we aimed to simulate at all times the effort made by the rider without the assistance of the motor in order to avoid losing the sensation of a natural pedalling feel. We call this concept “Watts On Demand“

We’ve set these three principle characteristics as our base:

Non-intrusive system.
Sufficient support to satisfy Gravel use.
“Unlimited” range.

As such, level 1 provides a continuous power support of 25%, level 2 goes up to 50% and level 3 goes all the way up to 200% (varying between 75% and 200% depending on rider input (torque)).

The new DUSTY comes with a totally integrated range extender in the shape of a water bottle, which you can add for those longer than usual rides. Extra range in a small package.

THE ALL-PURPOSE FORK

The most versatile carbon fork

Our carbon fork is as versatile as the DUSTY it’s fitted to. All cables are run internally so as to avoid interfering with supports for bottles, bags or pannier supports. The fork comes with a standard Post Mount for the brake caliper, and comes with a 12mm through axle for maximum rigidity. Dropouts are minimalist and leave nothing exposed.

Add more comfort and safety to your ride

If you want more, we will give you more. The DUSTY XR, our top of the range DUSTY, comes with a 40mm RockShox Rudy fork as stock and a 75mm Reverb XPLR AXS seatpost too, so you can take your DUSTY down the trails other gravel bikes wouldn’t dare go down. Sometimes everyone else is wrong and everywhere is DUSTY territory.

The ONOFF bar and stem fitted to the DUSTY hide the cables away 100% internally. No outer cables bothering your grip on the bars, nothing to spoil the spectacular minimalist design of the DUSTY.

You decide how wide you want to go

Both frame and fork allow for up to 47mm width tyres, so only you decide how wide you want to go. The DUSTY R and RR come with 40mm tyres for more speed on compact terrain, and the DUSTY XR comes with 45mm tyres so you can get off the beaten track more than once in a while.
