HELIUM, KRYPTON AND SULFUR are our 3 series for 2023. HELIUM has carbon handlebars and seat posts, plus aluminium stems; KRYPTON comes with carbon handlebars and aluminium stems; and SULFUR has handlebars, seat posts and stems all made from aluminium.

HELIUMThe lightweight collection of the 2023 range is focused solely on XC and Downcountry. Both the handlebars and the seatposts are made of carbon fibre, the better to achieve super lightweight components such as the HELIUM CARBON ACL 0.0 handlebar which weighs in at only 115 grams. When it comes to stems, our top-of-the-range models are CNC-manufactured from a single billet of aluminium.

KRYPTONThe perfect range for Enduro and All Mountain. Carbon handlebars and CNC aluminium stems which are compatible with all brands of handlebars and forks (including double crown). Super strong and capable of dealing with the extremes of enduro.

SULFURAll the quality and design of ONOFF at the right price. Our most versatile range with handlebars, stems and seat posts all made of 6061-T6 aluminium.
One of our star components, the Pija telescopic seatpost, has a huge range of diameters and travels for 2023. The SL range, the lightest in the collection, is available in 27.2 and 31.6mm diameters, with 70 and 125mm of travel respectively, and starting at 365 grams.
The rest of the range is also available in 27.2 and 31.6mm diameters and in 110, 125, 150, 170 and 200mm travel option. Weights range from 548g up to 635g for the 200mm-travel model. This version includes all-new DU bushings.
All models feature infinite height adjustment, a 100% sealed aluminium low-maintenance and easily replaceable cartridge, internal cable routing, and ball-bearing remote lever to ensure maximum smoothness and precision.
All our 31.6mm Pija seatposts offer 30mm of travel adjustable in 5mm steps, plus the ability to adjust the return speed by changing the air pressure.

Standard: Discs made from a single piece of highly durable stainless steel. Available in 160, 180, 203 and 220mm diameters in the 6-bolt mounting standard.
Floating Cooler: A 3-piece disc, designed to dissipate heat up to 20 seconds faster than a conventional disc. The braking surface is made of stainless steel for a longer life and the cooling fins and the central spider are made from aluminium. Available in 160, 180 and 203mm sizes, the spider is available in blue, black, red and green in the 6-bolt mounting standard.
2-piece CNC: The perfect range to meet the most demanding braking expectations thanks to its two-piece construction. Manufactured in 2 pieces with the central spider in CNC aluminium, available in black, grey or red. It has a bevelled edge to prevent injuries and is available in 140, 160, 180 and 203mm in the 6-bolt mounting standard.

At ONOFF we have a selection of conventional and oval chainrings compatible with most systems and standards, in addition to those specific for BOSCH systems including the fourth generation Performance CX Line motor. We use machined 7075 aluminium for the vast majority of our models with teeth ranging from 28 to 36 depending on the model and discipline.
What’s more the 2023 ONOFF range of drivetrains features a selection of direct mount chain guides, ISCG 05, seat tube mount, and derailleur mounts among other options. Not forgetting the fundamental points of contact between rider and bike, we offer a variety of models of both pedals and grips.

Collaborating with of some of the best racers in the world has been, and still is, essential for us to get the best feedback on the final prototypes before we take them to production.
The winning DNA of the ONOFF-Mondraker combination is so intense that for the 2023 season we’re proud to be one of the sponsors of the Primaflor-Mondraker-Genuins team. The members of the team will use the HELIUM Cross Country series throughout the season, with carbon handlebars, stems and grips.
