Mondraker, is pleased to present exclusive bikes for the 2022 World Championships which will be ridden by the PMG Racing Team in Les Gets. The custom painted F-PODIUM DC RR and PODIUM models have been specially designed for the Cross-Country race in Les Gets.
World Championships are always special for everyone from teams and brands to the riders representing their countries and sponsors. It is important to celebrate this occasion, so Mondraker’s in-house design team have created, exclusive F-PODIUM DC RR and PODIUM for XCO and XCC competition. With these special bikes we hope the racers can achieve the best results in France, as competition begins on the 25th of August.
All designs and graphics have been created by the Mondraker design team, while the painting of the frames has been carried out by the paint specialists at Color-Monkey.
PMG Racing Team riders Bec McConnell, Jofre Cullell and Francesc Barber, have each been presented with their own fully customised F-PODIUM DC RR and PODIUM for the 2022 World Championship competition, giving them the option to choose between a full suspension or a hardtail race bike to best suited their needs on the French circuit.
The concept of CODED FOR SPEED revolves around a QR code. The design is based on this type of quick response code, which has been enlarged and trimmed. In addition, all the bikes have two respective QR codes (on the head tube area and on the right chainstay) that Smartphones can scan to access an exclusive web page, where fans can find out more about the PMG Racing Team and the fantastic season they are having.
Mondraker and the team's sponsor logos are painted in a chrome finish on both the frames and on the RockShox SID forks as well as on the Progress wheels. Under direct sunlight, the frames highlight the carbon fibres of the frame as they show through the high-gloss tinted varnish finish.
The design for Bec's bikes is a traditional Australian green teal, while Spanish riders Jofre and Francesc have chosen a combination of red and metallic maroon tones.
